This annual event is part of year-round efforts by Stop the Silence to bring attention to child sexual abuse, its treatment, and prevention. With your help, we can do better for those most vulnerable in our communities… the children… and help survivors heal and thrive. Please join us this year as a runner, walker, cheerleader, donor, sponsor, or visitor. Come be a part of the solution.

This year, we’ve partnered with the Washington Redskins Alumni Association who will be out in full force at this year’s race. Mark Moseley, of NFL fame and a former Redskins player, has signed on our the official spokesperson for Stop the Silence for 2013, and has challenged everyone to run with him on April 14 at the Race to Stop the Silence. There will be food, entertainment, speakers, prizes, and fun for the kids. So bring out the whole family!
